I offer a sliding scale for select clients who may have financial concerns.
*There is a $5.00 processing fee associated with all card transactions.
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a receipt for reimbursement of out of network benefits. Clients are responsible for verifying and understanding their insurance provider policies regarding out of network benefits.
